IBG ReThink Engine, you can now manage your customer relationship no matter where they interact with your winery.
Imagine a customer visits your web site and signs up for your wineclub. The customer and wineclub membership information will then flow to your tasting room POS systems. This ensures that when the customer comes to your tasting room and makes a purchase, they are identified by your staff as a club member and will automatically receive any discounts or special pricing afforded your wineclub members.
The tasting room staff can also see the FULL view, from the Point of Sale system, of all customer purchase history from retail, club and web sales. Also, if you process will call or "pickup" clubs, you will be able to recall that information and mark the wine as picked up from any of your retail locations.
